Brith
Brith is the second largest human city of New America. It is located west of Landtor where The Flow meets the sea. The city was first established 250 years before common time as a fishing settlement to harvest the salmon runs of The Flow. The rich waters of the delta have provided this bounty reliably ever since. Soon after its founding, Brithian fisherman began trading their catch with Coreth for the products of their lumber mills. Ship building began in earnest and Brith’s sons were the first to venture far into the sea after the Cataclysm. Soon, they were bolding sailing all the way around The Unknown, discovering islands and the dunes that guard the interior of that vast peninsula. In the year 107 before common time, strange ships arrived one foggy morning bearing warriors with pointy ears and fine longswords. The fabled elves had returned, but after a brief skirmish, they gathered up their dead and headed back out to sea, never to be seen again. Brith was the first settlement to attack Landtor, but also the first to make peace with the City of Visitors. Once friendly relations were established, Brithians created join fishing ventures and ship building with their neighbors. To this day, there exists a strong bond between the two cities
Leader: Mayor William Phips, whosefamily has been part of Brith’s elite for many generations. As the current patriarch, he commands respect both as a fishman and politician. Phips is very close with Johnathan Wagner, frequently hosting his visits at the official residence. Mayor Phips can often be found at the docks supervising his family’s concerns, but also engaged in negotiations over the terms of the fishing trade.
Important Figures:

3. Doctor John Margate: Doctor John runs a busy practice, the closest setup to a true hospital that New America can claim. He is known for his skill in surgery and anesthesia, which draws many elite from the other towns when his services are necessary. Doctor John has only recently begun dabbling in using Oron as part of his healing regimen.
4. Dockmaster Blake Robilar: Robilar is a hard man, having spent many years captaining Brith’s ships far into the sea. His wild stories of adventure are well known throughout the land.
